About Sayu

Photographer: Negai KiramekiHi, I’m Sayu! I started cosplaying in 2013, but it wasn’t until 2017 that I truly embraced the joy of performing on stage. Cosplay for me is about more than just wearing a costume—it’s about bringing a character to life in front of an audience. From the costumes to the skits, I love every part of the performance, especially the technical side. I’m responsible for making sure the skits run smoothly, from timing to matching the background screen to movement. Every detail matters to create a seamless and memorable experience for the audience. As a judge, I’ve had the privilege of seeing so much creativity and passion from other cosplayers. It’s inspiring and motivates me to continue pushing myself and my performances. That’s why I’d love the opportunity to guest at a convention one day—to connect with other cosplayers, share what I’ve learned, and engage with fellow cosplayers who love this art as much as I do. If you see me at a con or just want to chat about cosplay, feel free to come say hello! I’d love to hear your story and connect over our shared love for this amazing community.

About King

Photographer: Negai KiramekiI’m King, also known as Król, and I’ve been part of the cosplay world since 2015. For me, cosplay is all about the performance. It’s not just about the costume—it’s about stepping into the character and bringing them to life on stage, telling a story that makes the audience feel like they’re part of the journey. That’s where the real magic happens for me—on stage, in front of others, sharing the energy of the performance.Over the years, I've had the honor of judging cosplay competitions and seeing so many talented cosplayers pouring their hearts into their craft. It’s inspiring, and it reminds me that at the heart of it all, cosplay is about passion, fun, and creativity. I’d absolutely love the opportunity to guest at a convention one day, to meet other creators, share experiences, and engage with the community in a deeper way. If you see me at a convention or want to chat about cosplay, I’d love to connect and hear your story too!

frequently asked questions (FAQ)

1. Do you take guesting opportunities for conventions or events?
Yes, we do, both separately and as a duet! We’re grateful for any opportunity to be part of conventions and events. If you're interested in inviting us, please feel free to reach out via email at [email protected]/[email protected] or Sayu's/King's Instagram with your event details. We’ll carefully consider the invitation and get back to you as soon as possible.
2. What’s the best way to collaborate or partner with you on a project?
We’re open to collaboration! We appreciate the opportunity to work with others, but we focus on projects that align with our cosplay work and values. We tend to avoid collaborations related to AI. If you have a project in mind, please reach out—we’ll review it thoughtfully and let you know if it’s a good fit.
3. Can I request a commission for a costume?
At this time, we tend not to take individual commissions unless previously agreed on. However, we are open to commission work from companies, especially those in the gaming industry or related fields. If you represent a company and have a specific project in mind, feel free to reach out, and we’d be happy to discuss it further.
4. What’s the proper way to contact you for business inquiries?
Both email ([email protected]/[email protected]) and Instagram (Sayu/King) are perfectly fine! We prefer email for more formal business inquiries, but we’re happy to respond to messages on Instagram as well. If you’re reaching out with something detailed, email is often the best way to ensure we can provide a thorough response.
5. Am I allowed to use your cosplay photos for commercial purposes?
No, you are not permitted to use our cosplay photos for commercial purposes. Any commercial use of our images must be explicitly agreed upon in advance through a formal contract. If you're interested in licensing our work or using it for commercial purposes, you must contact us and our photographers to discuss the terms.
6. What are some ways I can support your work?
The simplest way to support us is by following us on social media and engaging with our content—liking, sharing, and commenting helps us tremendously. Additionally, you can support us by purchasing items from our fashion brand or suggesting local events that may want to invite us as guests. Every little bit helps, and we’re so thankful for your continued encouragement.
